Much Ado About Nothing had a cast of 25 people and the director's concept had all of the cast on stage at all times. I collaborated with the scenic designer to make sure the cast had everything they would need while being on stage for the full two hours. COVID change the format of this production quite a few times throughout the process. There were some actors that had to drop and then their roles had to be filled so flexibility was extremely important. There were also many rehearsals where understudies had to step in as the principle actor was out sick. I mastered the portable zoom rehearsal for the absent actors so if they could join they would not miss all of rehearsal. Safety was of the utmost importance so we tested twice a week and stay masked, until performances.
